Executive Leadership Training that changes how you run your team Not another slide deck. Real practice, real pressure, real feedback.

Twelve-week intensive cohorts for directors, VPs and C-suite leaders. We cap every group at nine people because honest conversation doesn't happen in a lecture hall.

How we build leaders who actually lead differently

Most training programmes dump information. Ours forces application. Each phase builds on the last, and your cohort holds you accountable between sessions.

1

Diagnostic week

We interview your direct reports, your peers and your manager before you arrive. You get a 14-page behavioural profile that tells you what people actually think, not what they say in your presence.

2

Live pressure labs

Two-day face-to-face intensives every three weeks. Simulated crises, live negotiations, difficult feedback conversations. Actors play your stakeholders. A facilitator stops the action and replays what happened.

3

Field assignments

Between intensives you apply one technique in your real workplace and report back to your cohort. Written reflections of 300 words, not tick-box surveys. Your peers read them and respond.

4

Integration review

At week twelve we re-run the 360-degree feedback. You see what shifted. Your sponsor gets a summary with concrete next steps. Roughly 80 per cent of participants show measurable change in at least two leadership dimensions.

Programs shaped around your seniority and challenge

We don't run a single course and call it done. Different levels of leadership need different things. Pick the program that fits, or let us build one.

Director-level cohort +
Designed for people who manage managers. The biggest challenge at this level is letting go of the detail. We work on delegation that actually sticks, cross-functional influence, and managing up when your CEO has a different agenda. Twelve weeks, six in-person days in total, plus weekly 45-minute peer calls. Fee: AUD 8,900 per participant.
C-suite accelerator +
For sitting or incoming CEOs, CFOs, COOs and CIOs. Topics include board communication, organisational redesign, crisis leadership and legacy planning. Cohorts are capped at six. We bring in a former ASX-100 chair as a guest facilitator for one session. Sixteen weeks, eight in-person days. Fee: AUD 18,500 per participant.
Women in senior leadership +
A cohort specifically for women in VP-and-above roles. We address sponsorship (not mentorship), negotiation for equity, building authority without conforming to masculine norms, and handling bias in real time. Twelve weeks, same structure as the director cohort, with an additional alumni network that meets quarterly.
Custom organisational engagement +
When a company wants to shift its entire leadership culture, we run a tailored engagement. Minimum eight participants from the same organisation. We co-design the content with your CHRO, align it to your strategy cycle, and deliver it on-site or at a retreat venue. Engagements typically run four to six months. Pricing starts at AUD 65,000.

Numbers from our last four cohorts

We track outcomes at 90 days and 12 months post-program. These figures come from the 2024-25 cohort cycle.

83%
Improved 360 scores

Of participants showed a statistically significant improvement in at least two of five leadership dimensions measured by our adapted feedback instrument.

91%
Completion rate

Nine out of ten leaders who start the program finish it. The few who withdraw usually cite role changes or parental leave, not dissatisfaction.

4.7
Facilitator rating (out of 5)

Collected anonymously at the end of each intensive day. The lowest-rated session in the past year scored 4.2, which we treated as a signal to redesign it.

What changed for them

Regional bank, 1,200 employees

"I walked in thinking I was a good communicator. The diagnostic showed my direct reports found me approachable but unclear. That one insight changed how I run every meeting."

Chief risk officer, cohort 7

SaaS company, 340 employees

"The pressure labs were uncomfortable. Genuinely uncomfortable. But three months later I handled a real product recall with a calm I did not have before."

VP of engineering, cohort 9

Before you apply

Where do the in-person sessions take place? ›
We run most intensives in South-East Queensland, typically at a retreat venue within an hour of Brisbane. For custom organisational engagements we come to your location anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
Can I join mid-cohort? ›
No. Each cohort starts together and finishes together. Trust builds over weeks, and adding someone late disrupts that. We open enrolment roughly eight weeks before each cohort begins.
What if my company wants to send more than one person? ›
We place colleagues from the same organisation into different cohorts unless you specifically request a custom engagement. Leaders are more candid when their boss is not in the room.
Is there pre-work? ›
Yes. About three hours total: completing the diagnostic questionnaire, nominating your 360 respondents, and reading one short case study. We send everything four weeks before the first intensive.
Do you offer virtual-only options? ›
The peer calls and some coaching sessions happen over video. But the pressure labs require physical presence. Body language, room dynamics and side conversations are impossible to replicate on a screen. We tried during 2020 and the outcomes were noticeably weaker.
How do I know this is worth the fee? ›
We publish our 360-score improvement data openly. We also offer a strategy session before you commit, where we discuss your specific leadership challenge and whether our program is the right fit. If it is not, we will say so.

Reserve your strategy session

A strategy session is a 30-minute call where we learn about your role, your team and the leadership challenge you are trying to solve. There is no obligation and no sales pitch. If our program is a poor fit, we will tell you.
